When you release the thought patterns and beliefs that keep you feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck in trauma and limiting mindsets, the habits that once controlled you simply lose their hold.
Suddenly, the cravings disappear, and you no longer feel the urge to drink or smoke.

I’ve experienced this myself.
As I changed my thinking I became:
- Someone who no longer wanted to binge eat, it just stopped.
- Someone who naturally wanted to be active. There are ebbs and flows, but movement and activity are now woven into my daily life.
- Someone who knows when to stop. I don’t have to stay up all night to finish a book or push through a project when it’s time to pause. Balance comes more easily now.
I love what happened for Cara as we worked together. She stopped drinking. Quitting drinking wasn't even one of her goals and no suggestions came from me to quit alcohol.
My suggestions were around loving herself, releasing mental junk and the past, being empowered, and doing what blessed and made her life better.
