Don’t underestimate the power of feeling good.
When you release the thought patterns and beliefs that keep you stuck in guilt, shame, and "not enough," your choices will naturally reflect how you feel about yourself.
When I shifted to thought patterns like "I count," "I get to be happy," and "I deserve to receive," I started showing up for myself more.
I began enjoying compliments instead of deflecting them, gifting myself healthy foods, listening to my body when it was full, and making more positive choices to care for myself.
I continue to shift my thinking, and life keeps getting better. I’m living with more balance, feeling more inspired, choosing activities that truly bless me, making healthier choices, allowing and receiving more good things, and getting more done with ease.
