Email Reminders Reminders are sent the day before and one hour before each session by email helping you stay on track.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy A 24-hour cancellation is required by phone, text, or email; otherwise, the session will be counted. This allows me to operate an efficient joyful business and gives you more flexibility in scheduling as needed

Do I have to prove income?
No. The $97 option is self-qualifying. Sliding-scale rates are decided together during your Discovery Session- no documentation needed.
What if I need more than one session?
We’ll revisit after your first session. Additional sessions at the sliding-scale rate and 97 option are possible depending on availability and fit.
