Personal Hypnosis Recording Each session includes a hypnosis recording recorded from the session to compound the positive changes and deepen the changes for further benefit in the months to come

Email Reminders Reminders are sent the day before and one hour before each session by email helping you stay on track.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy A 24-hour cancellation is required by phone, text, or email; otherwise, the session will be counted. This allows me to operate an efficient joyful business and gives you more flexibility in scheduling as needed
