💡 Is hypnosis real, or just a placebo?

🤔 What if I don’t fully believe in hypnosis?
Skepticism is normal and healthy-you don’t want to give your power away. Belief isn’t required; all that’s needed is openness and willingness to get the results you want.
💊 Can hypnosis work with medications or other treatments?
Absolutely. I will be just focusing on the mind-body connection. Other treatments won't interfere with our process.

Absolutely not. This is your journey, and you are always in control. Before offering any suggestions, I ensure you give full consent. Some of the first suggestions I give are to only take in what feels beneficial and supportive, and let anything you don’t like roll off you like water off a duck’s back.
I emphasize that this is your life, and you are free to live it as you choose. My role is not to make decisions for you, but to soothe fears, inspire hope, and help replace thought patterns that have contributed to stress and anxiety, allowing your mind and body to work for your well-being instead of against it.
I won't be unearthing any deep dark secrets, or digging up the past.
😴 What if I fall asleep or can’t relax?
Hypnosis works at many levels-waking or sleep hypnosis can be very powerful. Relaxation is actually not a requirement for hypnosis, but the most common experience is that of deep relaxation.
✨ Are there side effects?
The most common “side effects” are peace, calm, energy, clarity, and improved health.
